The channel wars continue, on many levels, and for many centuries, the first channel wars were those between France, and England, and then the monarchy and the people.
If the information about the Phoenix Project is true it is a battle for our minds (misinformation), body (war), and souls (religion), because royalty have never let go of their vision of their empire, or kingdom, of their commonwealth, and united nations, their New World Order. The method they now use is 'Divide and Conquer' and using method of battle by creating the 'enemy within', and let nations, and people, and groups destroy themselves from within, so they do not have to exert any effort, but to just pick up the pieces, or suggest solutions, after they create the problems. Clever aren't they? Infiltrate, and embed in all places of influence, take control using the protocols.
For them to win we must be ignorant, docile, and unarmed, we must be followers. Why followers, because they infiltrate groups, and hijack them and their sphere of influence increases with each new group that they control. This happens politically, nationally, in the community, and in religion, it happens everywhere. The bigger the group the more chance this is happening, or happened. They dumb us down by compromising the food chain, water, and air, so that we become unhealthy, then the pharmaceuticals pump us full of drugs, and to top it off we are bombarded with EMF, EMR to hold us at a certain frequency via all the antenna arrays that are placed in the communities, and around the country side, they are trying to counteract the Schumann Resonance.
The weapons they use are the almighty sword, almighty god, and the almighty dollar. But don't forget that the pen is mightier than the sword (media is owned by just five companies, and owned by whom), when used in media, and for those new agers those messages from beyond the veil, the ethers, can create the channel wars, create doubt, trying to make us followers, instead of masters of our own destiny, they still want us to have their destiny, the new world order, the one new world, there concept of oneness, one army, one united nations, one economy.
On another level they are doing their darndest to stop us from reaching 2012, and the end of the time line, our ascension, so that the Mayan prophecy isn't true, or doesn't come true, and critical mass consciousness not tipping the scale or frequency of love/compassion in GAIA's favour to permit her shift, from duality to oneness, or bipolar to polar (Sheldan Nidle message a single pole within earths core, and Tom Bearden says free energy is single pole, and Masters talk of oneness), from divided to unified. They know from the time line from Montauk Project that our physicality ends 2012, so the are trying to change this time line, because a good prophecy is a failed prophecy. The Hopi Indians also have their signs, and they say that they have seen them all.
So my only suggestion I can offer you is the old Chinese wisdom, 'unless you/we change direction you/we get to where you/we are going', it really is up to us, and if the message and truth/reality is 'mind over matter' for us to get through the gate/portal to get to the next kingdom/dimension. My other favourite is 'for things to change I must change', so it is up to every one, every one of us. It is a pity that every one hasn't woken, that fact determines the outcome, this reality. So be careful, be very careful what you think, not just say, it might just come true!
In my long journey of self discovering/realization I have found that those closest to you are the ones hardest to convince, so I have let family, wife, daughters, and a brother lead their own lives, (or the significant other made the choice for me, and let me follow my soul purpose, for which I am extremely grateful). I still love them, but I do not emotionally blackmail them, just let them be themselves. With regards to my daughters, I still do talk to them and there is no animosity, just unconditional love, in fact there is unconditional love for everyone. I'm a bit like the neutron in the atom, neutral, not getting excited, the dampener, the negotiator/mediator, perhaps the Libra/Scorpio cusp coming out, trying to balance everything around me for a win-win, for the highest good.
Why is the channel war so important? You must remember we ALL have our own line of communication to source/creator. The powers to be do not want us to know, realize when we stop becoming followers, we go beyond their spheres of influence. They have the mentality if we are not with them we are against them, and they can't have that, because we begin to see the big picture of what their agenda is, enslavement, their good old feudal system.

The Grand Experiment #16
What an experiment! Did we pass the test, and get a result, or reach a conclusion to the meaning of life? Some passed the experiment with distinction in discernment, some will still need the lesson, some still need to have a good teacher to help them on their path of learning. Is our teacher happy with the exam results. What did he get objectivity, or subjectivity.
Is it False Evidence Appearing Real, an illusion? To some it always will be REAL. It is the same with god. Is it False Evidence Appearing Real, and we are just believers, and the scholars cannot agree to this day what are the real facts. Why is the unknown so scary? Is it that the inner journey appears to be a journey into nothing, the void, and we have to trust that we get to that inner kingdom, because no one hardly ever remembers ever being there, or if they do no one believes them. No one believes that they can get their this life time, let alone that we can have it right here, right now! No one believes they can bring, and create the inner kingdom in the outer.
It does create polarity doesn't it? It puts us either into right or left brain thinking, and until we can all get this into balance it will be a battle between ego, and heart. It is not necessary our own personal battle but a battle with other hearts and egos. Until we are calm centred, and grounded we will have hell on earth. Until we learn that it is a lesson of 'mind over matter', not 'I don't mind, and you don't matter'.
In Chemistry and Physics the particles of matter are studied, it seems that the positive particles can exists together as one mass, and those negative particles have to try to get as far away from each other as possible. Interesting to all those chemistry, and science students, isn't that what happens in real life. Organized, or disorganized, non sense, or common sense, civil, or uncivil, structured or chaotic. But we do need both to create the whole of physical matter, but the more positive particles the more stable the atom, it can control the negative particles, and hold them.
Or is it the neutral particles or people that make a difference, calm centred, and grounded, non judgemental, unconditional that is the most important part of the atom or society, and we just don't notice them because of their lack of polarity. Are these the observers, and outsiders. Are these the ones that we go to for advise for the big picture, are these the ones we should have as our leaders, as our politicians, public servants, and ambassadors. These could be our ambassadors that see everything in its highest good, and can be in service to others, and not self.
All it takes is just one highly motive particle to rip asunder that beautiful structure. This also happens in human society, it just takes a highly motivated psychopath or sociopath to achieve this level of fear, or destruction to the equation of this experiment.
It is a knowing, not just believing for the doubting Thomas's amongst us, in all walks of life. It depends on what walk they are talking as to where they end up! It depends on how many they talk into to their walk. Some want 'my way or the highway', or 'my way or no way'.
One can make a difference, it just takes being one, so lets us be the musketeers, and one for all, and all for one!

Power from Elements of Metal & Ether #15
The Greek philosophers used to not separate science and religion. I now agree with this, because I believe that it is mind over matter.
Speaking for myself I have found that I have always had an interest in both, and now I find that I actually work in both areas, building and upgrading computers, and doing specialized body work on people. The question is asked how can I mix the two. All I say it is just software (mind), and hardware (physical body)!
For the computer to work properly the software must instruct the hardware, and the hardware must be reliable for the software to run the applications. This is the same for our bodies, in that we must have a healthy body to have a healthy mind, and the opposite also applies mind must be healthy to have a healthy body.
The Greek also believed that we need to the elements of fire, water, air, and earth to be healthy, and Chinese added metal, could this be another source of energy called crystal power, as metal is half the component of crystal , or salt. The spiritualist talked about a sixth, ether.
The medical profession, and the dietitians believe we can only get energy from the earth through our food, breatharians from the air, and sun gazers from the sun. I will even go further and say that we get our spiritual power from the ether, and hence the sixth sense, if we are in the right belief system, or in the inner kingdom, and realize we are connected to everything, everyone, seen, and unseen, we are influenced by everything, and we affect it, through the power of one.
There are some that say we have more than one body, saying we have a mental, emotional, astral/etheric, and spiritual body. So if we acknowledge this as our belief system, do we get nourishment from alternate sources, and then can relinquish our reliance on just one.
So just think which is the most important one? Which is the one that we cannot live without for very long? Air! Followed by water, then food. Perhaps the breatharians are right, perhaps they are not, perhaps everything needs to be in balance.
All I will add is, if this is how it is, then why are 'the powers to be' allowing the land, water, and air to be polluted? Why no Kyoto Agreement? Are they in ignorance of this, or is it part of their agenda, and either ignoring the divine plan, or in ignorance of it, denying the light, and living in the dark, and us along with them!

Are We Alone #14
If we are the only intelligent life form, the universe is a whole lot of wasted space! I don't think so.
There are clues everywhere even in the bible if you read with this is in mind, 'when the gods descended from heaven', rock paintings all over the world, even the Dogon in Africa having knowledge of the twin stars of Sirius. How did they know? They were visited, or their ancestors were from the stars.
Do people really see Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO), or are they hallucinating. If they are out there why are they waiting to invade this planet, or are they waiting to make contact?
If this is true, and they are technologically superior, yes what are they waiting for. Why haven't they invaded us? They could have done it a long time ago with out much trouble, but I don't think this is the case.
I think they are waiting for us to become more peaceful before they try and make contact. I think we can learn much from such a more evolved race of beings, who cares what they look like, as long as they come in peace, as brethren of god.
Questions, but no answers, perhaps we just have forgotten who we really are, we have forgotten where we came from, and that the answers are locked within us, waiting to be activated, for the line of communication to be opened when we open the doorway within, and we will see and hear all our brethren in all the other kingdoms, and communicate freely with all the creatures in them.

Outside Influences? #13
Are there any outside influences? How about the planets, and the stars! Do the astrologists get it right, are the horoscopes true for you some of the time? Do we become lunatics at a full moon? How about the whole universe, if as christian teachings, and the scriptures say 'god is everywhere', so if we remember that god is within, and we are influenced by the universe, and everything in it if then we just allow it, and not fight it, use this influence to help us change, (we cannot assume that we are the only ones in it, as one line in the movie 'Contact' is is a lot of wasted space).
A bit like the two expressions when approaching the age of around forty, 'life begins at forty', or a 'mid life crisis'. Do we allow the changes in our body happen, or do we fight them. I allude to this being the awakening of spiritual power, and we can accept it, and use, or just ignore it, and go crazy with the manifestation of symptoms of it trying to waken us. So all we get is pain and suffering because it can't go where in our bodies to clear out all our negativity, and blocks to our growth on all levels. It can be used or directed for good, or evil, for self or others.
The Hindus taught about the yugas, and the astrologists talked of the twelve Ages, and we have just entered the Age of Aquarius, at the change to each era, or yuga they say is a great opportunity for change, meaning we can make this planet much better, or much worse.

My Two Cents (Sense) Worth? #12
It is a funny expression isn't it? This expression only applies to those with decimal currency, and English speaking, but that is enough of the population. Or can it take on a whole new meaning if the sound stays the same, but the spelling is changed, is like playing charades!
My thought on it is that it should be two 'sense' worth. But which senses am I talking about? Not the ordinary five you are expecting, but 'common sense', and 'non sense' are the ones I mean. I suppose it is related, so I will elaborate.
Lets go deeper into the meaning. The senses imply that we connect or interact with things around us, especially the sixth (extra sensory perception) sense, so is this the one that connects us with common mind (universal mind), or universal consciousness, and hence our connection with like minded people, and ultimately god, and source, creator.
Non sense then would imply no connection to common or universal mind, so disconnected from everyone, so we don't play a part in creating our belief system and our reality. Is this what the powers to be want happening, us not contributing to universal mind or common sense.
Keep this in mind, because this is what the battle for the inner kingdom and ultimately reaching heaven is really about! This is really how we create heaven on earth, by reconnecting with common sense, common mind, or universal consciousness.
How do we get non sense? I think this happens when we are triggered into reacting in fear, and living in fear, creating our hell, and to reconnect with common sense by reacting with love, gratitude, and love (being calm, grounded, and centred, heart centred) we then reconnect with common/universal mind, and ultimately source, and creator.
So which is the 'chosen' sense which you are going to use in everyday life?
I choose 'common sense'!! So lets stop supporting the charades the powers to be are creating with their reality and them creating non sense, and lets us reconnect with that common sense reality!

'The 144 000 ' #11
In the early days when the Jehovah Witnesses used to door knock they always used to talk of the 144 000. But their slant on it was that only that number of souls were to be saved.
Unfortunately my answer at the time was 'make sure you are one of the 144 000'!
Later on I heard an explanation that is the number of souls the earth needs for reaching critical mass for change of consciousness, and thus a change in belief system for mankind.
Did 'the powers to be' know this, and this why we had so much religious persecution to make sure that critical mass was never achieved. Was this why the 36 books were removed, and later given back to us (unchanged I hope)?
Today I have an additional understanding of the number, which is the 144 000 have always been with us, and perhaps 'the powers to be' knew this, and never wanted us to reach critical mass, and change of consciousness. These 144 000 where persecuted, and executed so that man kind wouldn't reach critical mass and have the change of belief system.
There are some that talk of the 'one hundredth monkey effect'. Were it is claimed one monkey started washing her sweet potato, and very soon all the monkeys on that island started doing the same. It was alter noticed that monkeys on another island out of sight of this one started to do the same!
A TV Program posed a puzzle for viewers to solve. Result, no solution by viewers. The solution was leaked in a location some time later, and within in days the solution was being discovered by others around the world.
Is this what Jung, and Freud were talking about with the 'universal mind' concept.
I had an experience with an invention that I wanted to patent. I told no one. It never reached the point of signing a none disclosure agreement, so I only had it my head as a concept. About 12 months later in an international mail order catalog was the same product just as I had envisaged it. So using the universal mind concept, whose idea was it really someone else’s, or mine?
So be careful what you think, is all I can say! Remember those two things we like to say 'it will come back to me', and 'just a passing thought'? You do! I think we already knew! So where did it go, and where would it come from, perhaps that 'universal mind'?

Spirals #10
We have those two expressions when things are going good or getting bad, the 'upward spiral' or 'downward spiral'. So if those expressions are older than the information presented in #5 (then it is all about the DNA, and how we activate it) that some have intuitively already giving us the answers.
So isn't it amazing that the upward spiral activates our DNA/RNA, and turns it on, creating magic miracles, and manifesting, putting us in a state of joy/grace. The downward spiral turns the DNA/RNA off.
So it is really true we are the masters of our destiny, we have to be careful how we think, if we do not have positive emotions we are killing ourselves. We are making ourselves unwell, by deactivating the DNA/RNA codes that control our body functions.
So I suppose the expressions 'fake it till you make it', and 'put on a happy face' have some merit, but ultimately it has to come from the 'heart', it has to be genuinely felt, and given, not artificial, but unconditional. In the beginning people will help you when you are faking it, but will eventually stop helping you when you can't take it to the next level of making it your 'flesh and blood', and be passionate about loving self, others, and the land.
I have found that people will be attracted to the love, or will be repelled. Some will feel it, and respond. I even had some one challenge me, asking what I was doing! I was puzzled at first, denying that I was doing anything, but when they insisted, I confessed that I was only radiating love.

What is FEAR #9
So what is FEAR? Is it an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real? Is that how 'the powers to be' manipulate, and control, by creating an enemy, creating a problem, creating a drama, distracting us. Is this their Weapon of Mass Deception (WMD)?
It is also their WMD Weapon of Mass Destruction because we will never be happy until we are allowed to experience that joy found within. We can only find it truly when we go to the 'Sacred Silence' or find 'Inner Peace'.
Are 'the powers to be' stopping us from going to that special place within, going into the inner kingdom where we can create a new reality using the power of creator, that new discovered energy called LOVE!
FEAR creates polarity, or duality, and eventually separation from one, everyone, because we are all connected through our own DNA, and when we activate it ALL we will communicate with ALL and That GOD/CREATOR is EVERYWHERE.
FEAR puts us in survival/preservation mode, traps us, distracts us, and puts us in Service to Self (STS) mode, instead of Service to Others (STO), it makes us think of staying alive, and living in the outer kingdom, no time to take trips to the inner kingdom, no time for holidays. No time for anyone, or anything else, except those immediately around you, family, and home!
It is also their WMD Weapon of Mass Destruction because we will never be happy until we are allowed to experience that joy found within. We can only find it truly when we go to the 'Sacred Silence' or find 'Inner Peace'.
Are 'the powers to be' stopping us from going to that special place within, going into the inner kingdom where we can create a new reality using the power of creator, that new discovered energy called LOVE!

The 'Chosen' #8
In my study of religion I have heard the words the chosen ones, or the chosen race. We have different races or religions saying it is the chosen one. That the chosen ones are those that will experience the 'rapture'.
I think it is really about choice, exercising our free will, and whether we are going to create heaven or hell, living in the inner or outer kingdom.
If we enter the inner realm, that 'state of grace' where every one is sovereign, we are following the power of one, and experiencing our oneness with creator through the power of love, gratitude, and compassion, and the we find the joy within, this is bliss.
The 'Rapture' or 'Bliss Consciousness' is for the chosen, those that have chosen LOVE, gratitude, and compassion, and activate their DNA, the body then releases the neuropeptides, and makes us well, and feel good.

What does this mean, how do we do it, where do we have to be?

The hearts of a great many have already have been exposed, and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has up till now been a fairly stable condition of conflict and violence in our world
Here are some signs and symptoms of inner peace:
1. A tendency to act and think spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experience.

3. A loss of interest in judging oneself.
4. A loss of interest in interpreting the action of others.

We don't need any one to tell us this knowing, and ultimately knowing this connection is the most important thing in our life, and this is what we come down to earth to remember again, and how many life times have we tried to do it, Countless no doubt! Role Playing #6
So Creator has a divine plan for us, and each of us has a sole/soul purpose in this life time, each of us decided before we started this life time what role we were going to play.
Go back to your childhood play, and your games, did you ever have to play the 'baddy', did you have to have a turn to be it? Yes you did, well this is the same for the creator's divine plan, everything is in balance between good and evil, light and dark, male and female. So we have all had turns in playing the roles.
Why do Eastern religions talk about reincarnation, and that we are trapped in the wheel or cycle of karma, and we cycle through these roles until we realize that it is all a game, good guy, or bad guy. Did the church edit all the books that they reintroduced and remove mention of reincarnation at the Council of Trent, from the books they removed at the Council of Nice. Because they wanted us to think we only had one shot at getting it right, and being good. What an indulgence!
When we realize that because of that divine spark we are all connected to creator, or more precisely that there is no separation from creator do we have to role play anymore, and do not have re-experience anything ever again.
Guess we have to be grateful to the ones playing their part in makes us realize that what we do to one we do to ourselves, and that as the church taught god is everywhere in everything, it is all physical matter, is molecules, is atoms, is neutrons, protons, electrons, is smaller particles, and eventually realizing that it really is just positive, and negative energy, all vibration, each living thing having a different frequency.
So we are just spirit/soul having a human experience!

So What's Love Got to do with it? #5
According to the web site (http://www.heartmath.org) and Gregg Braden (http://www.zayra.de/soulcom/rein/) EVERYTHING!!!
They conclude from research that:
1. There is a new energy that allows living cells (DNA) to communicate with each other.
2. DNA sample of donors still responded to donors emotions, unrestricted by time or distance.
3. DNA changes it shape according to our feelings, positive emotions caused the DNA to relax unwind, and become longer, and activate the DNA codes. Negative emotions to tighten, and deactivate the DNA codes. With the tightening of the DNA the body shuts down (sick), with the relaxing of the DNA the body starts working again (well).
4. With HIV patients they discovered that feelings of love, gratitude and appreciation created 300,000 TIMES the RESISTANCE they had without those feelings. So here's the answer to what can help you stay well, no matter what dreadful virus or bacteria may be floating around. Stay in feelings of joy, love, gratitude and appreciation!

Battle for the Inner Kingdom #4
I was brought up a Roman Catholic, but before my twenties I realized there was something missing, I wasn't getting it, there had to be more to it. Why were there other religions, why was there information on extra sensory perception? I began looking for the truth.
I was told I had original sin! What is this original sin? Everyone supposedly lives with this original sin. After quite a few decades I think I can understand what this is. It is not my sin, it is the church's sin, but we wear it, or put up with, suffer it on their behalf for the rest of our lives. The church has made us guilty for something that they have perpetrated on us for nearly two thousand years. Firstly we all had to be made to feel unworthy, slightly tainted to suffer there indulgences. Secondly by obscuring or hiding the obvious way to find Christ consciousness through his teachings, and invoking it from within, by obscuring the simplicity, that the answers were within, not out there or up there in heaven.
Sin translates from the Greek meaning mistake! It is a mistake on our part that we haven't understood the teachings of Christ from nearly two thousand years of study. When we realize what this sin is, how it is done, what the truth is, then we don't need to be a follower of any one but ourselves.
So this is why the battle began! Priests, pastors, and followers are so hooked on the power over us, we had given away our power, we became followers, and told to follow the words of Jesus, He saved us by him dying on the cross for us, and no amount of discussing can they go beyond the words in the bible, or the gospels. I wanted the deeper meaning, I couldn't get an explanation, and none was ever given.
I suppose I wanted the way into the kingdom of heaven, I wanted to find the doorway into the inner kingdom, the kingdom within, as I discussed in my last post. All I got was more words more passages to back up the last. It was useless, pointless, so I continued searching, followed many paths, found pieces every where, but putting them together now that was the hard part.
Libraries were destroyed, Mystery Schools went underground, and became secret, teachings were hidden, even burnt, indigenous cultures were destroyed by missionaries, heathens were burnt at the stake. Did I miss anything out done in the name of their god? Ever wonder why the red Indians weren't allowed to do the sun dance? Because it was their re-enactment of the crucifixion, and the medicine man tried to teach his people about invoking spirit, but they too made it into a song, and dance to put bottoms on seats, complicate things, otherwise it was too easy.
Council of Nice 329AD, removed 36 books of the Bible, and New Testament, and Council of Trent (1545-1563) they put them back again. Did they change their minds, or did they edit them further to perpetrate further the original sin.
Fortunately they didn't removed all traces of how to get to the inner kingdom. In examining, and following another path I came across a teaching about the cross of spiritual power, and human power creating magic, that finally gave me an inkling of what the scriptures through the words of Christ were saying about becoming like him, and following the creator, not him.
Then there is the trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, I see this as Creator, Created, Wholly spirit. Elaborating further, it means that the divine spark within really makes us all equal, because we all have a piece of creator within, we are not separate from creator, creator is within everyone, and when we recognize that, and know ourselves, we realize that we are not separated from anyone, we are all related, so when we hurt another we are doing it to creator. The first thing I learnt, and only remembered about recently, making everything clearer, GOD is everywhere!
So if love, gratitude, and compassion are the tools to reach the inner kingdom, why are they stopping us from reaching there. In one word power, they the church loses their power over us, because we could invoke Christ Consciousness, and become as powerful as Christ. They can't have that happening, us activating our junk RNA/DNA, unlocking our subconscious and realizing what, and who we are. We are being taught to hate, we are taught to be materialistic, we are not taught to love, we are taught not to be compassionate. What is being said from the pulpit, what is coming out of the box in the living room, what is coming from the written word, is it part of the problem or part of the solution. I don't see 'the powers to be' preaching care of self, others, and earth as of any importance to life on this planet, because those three things done in balance would be creating heaven, not hell!
Finally realizing that the pope is not infallible, he is our equal in fact that everyone one is equal, the only chosen people are the ones that invoke Christ Consciousness, that is the only rapture, a state of grace, or bliss when you find what, or who resides within. No one is excluded from entering the inner kingdom, because we each have our own doorway, all religions are trying to get to the same places, given the same clues, but said in different ways, they might be from different nations, different skin colours, they might call the Creator different names but we each have that same divine spark within. We are all HUE man beings, we all have to live on this planet together. We can make it paradise, heaven, nirvana, or Shangri-La.
So do 'all roads still lead to Rome'? First they tried almighty god (excommunication, and death), secondly by the almighty sword (war in the name of god, god being on their side), and finally through the almighty dollar (owning banks, because who ever controls the money controls everything).

Going To Kingdom Come! #3
What an expression! What does it mean, where is it, how do you get there? It is a bit of a paradox, or a conundrum! Some of us are wondering where we are going, heaven or hell? What's coming for us, heaven or hell? So what part are you playing in its creation? Me play a part in its creation say you? How could this be?
Christmas is a celebration where we get reminded about the birth of a man who talked about a kingdom, an inner kingdom, a kingdom we couldn't enter unless we became like a child again. He also said that we can become like him. He said the kingdom is within! I don't see it, I can't feel it!
The psychiatrists tell us human consciousness uses only about 10% of the brain, and is associated with human power, they don't know what the subconscious does. Also the geneticist tell us they have mapped the DNA genomes, and they can only say 10% is useful, and associated with human body parts, organs, and human body functions, the other 90% is junk.
My conclusion is that it is not useless as we are led to believe, but there is a purpose for it. Perhaps this is the inner kingdom, and is this the reason we can't feel it, because it is an integral part of us. Christ said we could be like him, does this mean heal, manifest, walk on water, could this be a hint that we also have this spiritual power ready to be activated within us.
What is the tool to open the inner kingdom? Could it be being like a child, or having the innocence of a child. How do adults create this innocence? How about the emotions of unconditional love, gratitude, and compassion. When those three things are being used can we earn trust, and respect, and can we follow the three rules, caring for self, others, and earth, and can we take back our power, heal and evolve as true human beings. Is that how we bring Christ into our kingdom, is that how we individually create heaven on earth, not hell on earth.

Feelings or Emotions #2
So what about feelings or emotions?
Some of you have read Gregg Braden books (I hope you have), or gone to his workshops, and seen his videos, and remember he talks about the lost mode of prayer. He was told by the monk high up in his monastery high in the Himalayas that we have to pray with thought, and emotion.
What does that mean? It means that to manifest something we think about it, and give it emotion. But what feeling do we give that thought? I say gratitude!
Some of you remember what we used to do before a meal? We used to say grace! We offered gratitude to the food, and to those that provided it, but we only said it we didn't go that one step further, and offer it and feel it in our heart.
The secret is that we can do this for everything in our life, the good, and the bad. The bad you say! Yes the bad, because it is a lesson, a learning experience, be grateful that you have learnt something new. Did you learn that you have to try something different to get a different result? Did you discover a new way reacting.
I say that it is about one or two words, which depends on how you think, and feel, and that is responsibility, or response ability. So it is about thinking, and feeling, the thought provoked, and emotion is evoked.
Remember there are those out there that love pushing our buttons, the old action reaction game. It is there way of shifting responsibility from them to you. The good old one two, your reaction shifts their responsibility of their action (word or deed), your emotions gets you into trouble. Learn about your response ability, and stop playing the game, letting others play on your emotions, and driving you to distraction.
Remember unless you change direction you get to where you are going!

The secret is that we can do this for everything in our life, the good, and the bad. The bad you say! Yes the bad, because it is a lesson, a learning experience, be grateful that you have learnt something new. Did you learn that you have to try something different to get a different result? Did you discover a new way reacting.
I say that it is about one or two words, which depends on how you think, and feel, and that is responsibility, or response ability. So it is about thinking, and feeling, the thought provoked, and emotion is evoked.
Remember there are those out there that love pushing our buttons, the old action reaction game. It is there way of shifting responsibility from them to you. The good old one two, your reaction shifts their responsibility of their action (word or deed), your emotions gets you into trouble. Learn about your response ability, and stop playing the game, letting others play on your emotions, and driving you to distraction.
Remember unless you change direction you get to where you are going!
KISS Method #1
So I like to simplify, here is the KISS Method, some of you know it as :
Keep It Simple Stupid.
Keep It Simple Sweetheart.
Keep It Simple Swami, (my favourite).
Keep It Simple Spirit ( an obvious one- thanks silentlighthouse)
So it is all about awareness, a shift in awareness. A shift from where? A shift from your head to your heart. A shift from thinking to feeling. A shift from being ego centred, to spirit centred, from being materialistic to spiritualistic.
As well as shifting awareness keep in mind the following the three main rules :
Care of self.
Care for others.
Care for the land.
Making sure you don't get stuck on, or in one of these modes, it all needs to be in balance.
